JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Alamganj PS Case No. 374 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the IPC. The allegation against the petitioner is that one Auto of the informant was stolen, the FIR was against unknown, however, the vehicle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and seizure is also doubtful as the seizure list shows recovery of the vehicle from Sigori Police Station and the petitioner is in custody since 5.10.

2017 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chandan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Patna City in connection with Alamganj PS Case No. 374 of 2017.
