2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 dated 21.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner are that both the parties are agnates, in fact, on the alleged day and time of the occurrence, there was a marriage ceremony of petitioner's cousin sister and on that occasion when the dance function was going on then the informant's son, namely, Sahil Kumar, with his friends started misbehaving with the female members of petitioner's family
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62490 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/3 which resulted in a scuffle in between them in which the informant's son and one, Raushan Kumar, sustained injuries and as per order impugned, most of the injuries of the said injured persons were found in the nature of abrasion and bruise. It is further submitted that the conduct of the informant's son is not good and prior to the alleged occurrence, he had committed an offence of loot and marpit with prosecution party regarding which Maner P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024 was registered against him and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent. It is further submitted that five persons including the petitioner are named in the FIR but against this petitioner, there is no specific allegation and four to five unknown persons have also been alleged to be involved in the alleged occurrence and the petitioner is a twenty one year old person having fair and clean antecedent.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions and mainly taking into account the petitioner's young age and his fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.62490 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 3/3 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shailendra Singh, J) maynaz/- U T
