JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was registered in the year 1999 and as per submission on behalf of the petitioner, petitioner was granted bail in the year 2001 and attended the court below till 2009 but his petition filed under Section 317 of the Cr.P.C. was rejected and his bail bond was cancelled on 7.5.2009. Subsequently, petitioner was declared absconder in the year 2012 and his case was separated from the case of other accused. Petitioner, voluntarily, surrendered before the court below on 17.3.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58028 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 Arvind Sharma be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Addl.
