The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019 in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a father-in-law and he had been living separately from the victim girl. It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. However, he shall cooperate in the trial if he may be extended the privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52325 of 2019(3) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., 1st, Samstipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018.
