The petitioners anticipatory bail prayer was allowed by this Court on 30.10.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.50376 of 2017 in connection with Kateya P.S.Case No.205 of 2016 (G.R.No.258 of 2016) pending in the Court of CJM, Gopalganj and the petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within three weeks as per order dated 28.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.50376 of 2014.

It has been submitted that the petitioners could not be informed about the direction given by this Court and so they could not surrender within the prescribed period.

Considering the submission facts and circumstances, period of surrender is extended and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below by 31st October, 2018. B.Kr./- (Sanjay Kumar, J) U T
