The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that petitioner fired at his father but the shot misfired, further on alarm villagers came and gun was snatched.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that wife of the petitioner instituted Rampur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2022 alleging that father of the present

No.60579 of 2022(2) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 informant was not executing sale deed after receiving the consideration amount as such the informant falsely alleged that the petitioner came and fired at his father but then there is no injury as it has been alleged that the shot misfired. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
