In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 460 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 376 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have abused the girl sexually.
