The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 388 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a student and there is no serious allegation against him, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
