Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the Police party, merely on suspension searched Tata Sumo Gold vehicle in which four persons were found to be sitting. One person was found coming toward the vehicle but seeing the Police, he is said to have succeeded in fleeing. In course of confessional statement of coaccused Prince Kumar, name of the petitioner transpired. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material so far the petitioner is concerned except the confessional

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner Md. Rehan Ahmad, in the event of his arrest / surrender within six weeks from today before the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P. S. Case No. 72/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
