No. 18820 of 2012 by which the opposite party no. 3 was directed to reconsider the matter and dispose off the representations filed by the petitioners. Pursuant to the same, the opposite party no. 3 has passed order dated 05.02.2013 copy of which has been brought on record in the show cause filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 5 by way of Annexure-B.
