The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Kateya P.S. Case No.179 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is Panchayat Secretary. Allegation of defalcation has been made in the Panchayat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the information of the petitioner the case has been instituted and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
