The petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 469, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner No. 1 is an employee of PAY TM company and petitioner No. 2 is full brother of petitioner No. 1. Allegation against the petitioners is that they used to take charge of Rs. 200 to Rs. 300 from the villagers for KYC and uploading the PAY TM App.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that from the FIR itself no case is made out against the petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52243 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 They have been falsely implicated in this case and they have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 25.08.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017.
