The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/354/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and fabricated and, in fact, the present case is a counterblast of Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No.658/2015. It is submitted that the injuries purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner's side, have been found to be simple in nature.
