Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No.126 of 2017, registered under Sections 493, 376, 354(D), 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner's son was sexually exploiting the informant for last 6-7 months and also posted vulgar photographs on the NET, when the parents of the informant went for negotiation of the marriage, the father of the petitioner made demand of Rs.10,00,000/- for marriage as dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there appears some affair between the petitioner's son and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61263 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2 /2 informant, the petitioner had no knowledge about it and he refused the marriage because his son was only 18 years old and it is not a marriageable age and the petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, Dinesh Kumar Mehta @ Dinesh Mehta, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No.126 of 2017.
