The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the elder brother of the said Ramesh Kumar with whom the victim girl had fled away. It is further submitted that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has clearly not named this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the said Ramesh Kumar, now the husband of the victim girl are living happily together, has been extended the privilege of bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of

No.66040 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 their arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
