2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506, 34 and 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.42286 of 2024 and also again the prayer for bail of this petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn in Cr. Misc. No. 20155 of 2025.

4. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of shot fired by the petitioner due to which, the informant and his family members received severe injuries.

5. From perusal of the report of the learned Additional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57029 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 Sessions Judge-III, Saharsa vide order dated 09.09.2025, it appears that three chargesheet witnesses are yet to be examined and expected time to be concluded for trial within four months as submitted by the learned trial Court.

6. So considering the above report, there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is again rejected.
