JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State as well as the complainant.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 323, 342, 504, 379 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to keep the complainant with due care and affection, however, she is not willing to live with him. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner subjected to her cruelty.
Having regard to the nature of the allegations, I am
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42979 of 2014 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2 / 2 not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
