In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No.283 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 384 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, the allegation has been made that the petitioner to have purchased the land through the process of impersonation. He submits that he has already paid the substantive amount for purchase the land and another person Jainath Verma in Cr. Misc. No.47063 of 2015, who has purchased the land, has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.
