This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 24.07.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Cr. Appeal (Juvenile) No. 51 of 2015, by which he has refused the memo of appeal against the order dated 22.06.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad in G.R. No. 246 of 2014 (Tr. No. 872 of 2014) arising out of Kutumba P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner. Having considered the antecedents of the Petitioner which indicates every likelihood of him further indulging in criminal activities, I would not think it proper to release him from custody. No.876 of 2015 (2) dt.08-02-2016 to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad and the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Court below so that there is no further delay in inquiry.
