The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act..

It has been alleged that accused persons have blasted hill through bomb for stone chips which was prevented by the informant whereupon accused persons abused him by calling his caste name, assaulted the informant and his family members mercilessly. But it appears that they have settled the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26955 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 score outside the court and for which a compromise petition has been attached with the present application. In view of restoration of cordial relation, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Mutur Choudhary, Gorakh Choudhary, Rabi Choudhary, Ranjay Choudhary and Udal Choudhary, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.1023 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The court below is directed to verify the correctness of the application alleged to have been filed between the parties while accepting the bail bonds and if it is found to be genuine then only bail bonds of the petitioners would be accepted. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
