Petitioner apprehends arrest in Cheriabariarpur Police Station Case No 115 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

It is submitted that for the purpose of Nala, the scuffle has taken place between the parties for which there is case and counter case. The first information report discloses specific allegations of assault against the petitioners which is supported by the injury report.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66813 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer is rejected.
