The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017 dated 06.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 337, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In a fight between two groups, certain persons were injured. In the occurrence aforesaid the petitioners no. 1 and 2 also have been injured. The injuries suffered by petitioners no. 1 and 2 have been brought on record. There is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioners and many others. The petitioners no. 1 and 2 are in custody since 10.09.2017; whereas petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57030 of 2017 (2) dt.05-12-2017 no. 3 to 6 were arrested on the day of lodging of the FIR. The petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and have not been alleged with any specific overt act.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017.
