JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 213/ 2024 dated 19.10.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the BNS.
2. Heard Mr. N. K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Binod Kumar, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.
3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering the aspects that in the FIR only suspicion has been raised by the informant against the petitioner, who is a lady, to be involved in the killing of his son though no motive has been revealed by the informant on the part of the accused persons including the petitioner to kill the victim and also taking note of the privilege of bail having been granted to the similarly situated other co-accused persons, namely, Saurav Mandal @ Saurav
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59365 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 Kumar, Dinesh Mandal, Parmanand Mandal @ Pramod Mandal @ Parmanand and Santosh Kumar @ Santosh Kumar Yadav by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 24.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15393 of 2025 and analogous cases and also coupled with the custody period of the petitioner and completion of investigation against her, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 213/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
