The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pratapganj P.S. case No. 22 of 2016 under Section 420, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was asked to hand over the folders and registers with regard to appointment of Panchayat Teachers of Bhawanipur North Panchayat.

It is submitted that petitioner was posted as Panchayat Secretary in the year 2013 in Bhawanipur North Panchayat but he did not receive any folder, merit list and other documents with regard to appointment of Panchayat Teachers of Bhawanipur North Panchayat held in the year 2006. Considering the fact that predecessor of the petitioner

No.29852 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 did not hand over the documents to the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
