The petitioners are in custody since 09.07.2017 in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.95 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 353, 332, 333, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Rule 4/40 of the Bihar Mining Rules and Section 4(d) of the Bihar Mining Act. Considering the nature of allegations against the
