The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town P.S. Case No. 627 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 225, 504, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, this petitioner with the help of his associates succeeded to rescue the notorious criminal Amit Kumar from the clutches of police officials. Considering the nature of allegation and specific allegation against this petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail the petitioner and same stands rejected.
