2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023, G.R. No. 1002/2023) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, one motorcycle and Rs. 1,500/- cash were looted by four unknown persons. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 05.04.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023, G.R. No. 1002/2023.

7. This is also subject to the conditions that (I) the petitioner shall mark his presence in Amarpur Police Station, District- Banka on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
