2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Doriganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. Allegedly, 10 litres of illegal country-made liquor is said to have been recovered near the Gumti situated near the Tea Stall of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no independent witness to the occurrence. It has further been submitted that nothing incriminating has

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of three cases.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially, the criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above, is directed to furnish bail bond after three months from today and on doing so, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-III, Saran in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024.
