Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.65 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioners and there was a history of dispute between the parties with regard to some occurrence which took place at the time of Sarswati Puja. Considering the nature of allegation made and that there is no grievous injury to the informant, let the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30379 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.65 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
