The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chenari P.S. Case No. 122/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354B of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the victim made allegation that his minor daughter went to attend the call of nature. Petitioner dragged her inside the house and untied her clothes and made an attempt to outrage her modesty. On alarm many persons came and his daughter was saved from being outraged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the contents of the F.I.R., it appears that the allegation is false and fabricated. The case has been lodged on account of village politics, but it appears that the informant made very

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
