Petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.
Considering the fact that postmortem reflects the death caused by strangulation, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39247 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bisfi(Patauna) P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014, G.R. No. 2923 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
