The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He is sought to be prosecuted in this case on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person.

He is in custody since 30.3.2022 and nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. Considering the afore-noted facts and also taking into account that the petitioner is on bail in the cases which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55746 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 were earlier registered against him, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri (Rohtas), in connection with Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2022.
