The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that she along with her husband had attacked the informant, as a result of which, she sustained a head injury. It is further submitted that the entire allegation is false and mischievous and on account of previous enmity between the parties.

Considering the vague nature of allegations and that as recorded in the order sheet of the learned Sessions Judge that there was no injury report available, let the petitioner, above

No.66047 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., -IV, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
