The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No.35 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 323, 354 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the First Information Informant allegation has been made for teasing of woman and when it was resisted petitioner has caused Farsa blow.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the medical report does not support the case of the prosecution. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42048 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 order will not prejudice the court below in considering the case of the petitioner.
