The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila (Saharsa) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506,34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner in order to approach the Court below for regular bail.

Considering the aforesaid, the present application for granting anticipatory bail is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application will not cause prejudice to the petitioner and in the event, the petitioner surrender before the Court below and prays for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65499 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 regular bail, the Court below is hereby directed to dispose of the application for regular bail of the petitioner on the same day in accordance with law without being influenced by withdrawal of this application.
