The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/307/354/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same occurrence another case bearing Mahila (Sheohar) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 has also been filed on 02.08.2017 in which the petitioner was not named but, the present case has been lodged naming the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegations and that there being no specific injury attributed to the petitioner, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52050 of 2017 (2) dt.10-11-2017 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Shoehar, in connection with Tariyani Chhapra P.S. Case No. 01/2017.
