The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 30(a), 32(1), 32(3), 41(1), 41(2) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, 160 litres of liquor was recovered from the Tempo being driven by the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 7.7.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.
