JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-08-2016 Heard Sri Dinesh Maharaj, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners who are mother - in- law, father- inlaw, brother of the husband of the deceased apprehending their arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 986 of 2015 have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the deceased is already in jail. He further submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31919 of 2016 (2) dt.29-08-2016 2/2 informant subsequently has filed a petition before the court below in which she has stated that wrongly she filed the case. After perusal of the F.I.R. the court is of the opinion that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
