Mr. Sri Nand Kumar, APP ========================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-11-2018 The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 27.04.2018 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21262 of 2018.

By the aforesaid order, the petitioners were granted bail subject to their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the passing of the order. The petitioners seek extension of time for surrendering before the Court below.

For the reasons stated in the application, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63495 of 2018(2) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 prayer for modification of the order dated 27.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21262 of 2018 is allowed. The order referred to above is modified to the extent that if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks of passing of the order, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-Icum-A.C.J.M.(West), Muzaffarpur/concerned Court in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 27.04.2018 shall subsists.
