Patna High Court CWJC No.18153 of 2014 (2) dt.27-01-2016 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard Mr. Yogendra Mishra, counsel for the petitioners, counsel for the State and State Election Authority in the two writ petitions.
In each of the two writ petitions, the two petitioners have prayed for inclusion of their names in the voter list of the respective Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society. Whereas the petitioner in CWJC No. 18153 of 2014 prays for such inclusion in the voter list of Paroriya Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of Samastipur, the petitioner in the other writ petition seeks inclusion in the voter list of Mohaddipur Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of West Champaran. The election to the two societies have already taken place in the year 2014 rendering the issue presently academic and in which circumstances the two writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to such other remedy as may be available to them in law.
