The petitioner is languishing in jail since 22.04.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 326(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that on 11.10.2013 the informant proceeded to the house of Dilip Choudhary and he suddenly came out of his house having danda in his hand and started assaulting him.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.04.2015. It is a case and counter case. Petitioner is a lady. From perusal of the counter case, it would appear that one person had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35854 of 2015 (3) dt.05-10-2015 died in the petitioner's side in course of the occurrence. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Banka P.S.Case No.364 of 2013.
