JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that as per allegation, the informant's mother was operated by a doctor of Sai Hospital, Nawada. That was not successful and her health started deteriorating. Thereafter, the petitioners had advised the informant to take his mother to another hospital at Patna. The informant claims that doctors of Sai Hospital, Nawada had performed surgery. It is urged that the petitioners are compounders and staff of the said hospital.

Case No.565/2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
