The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 87 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the sister-in-law (Nand) of the deceased. Considering the status of the petitioner and the allegation against her, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
