This is an application for regular bail in connection with Dhansoi P. S. Case no. 98 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner along with other members of his family is of torturing and killing sister of the informant on account of demand of dowry. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He was not concerned with the death of the victim Manta Devi. On the date of occurrence petitioner was not present there.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59456 of 2017(3) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 prayer for bail submitting that petitioner along with other family members with conspiracy caused death of the deceased.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, same is rejected. (S. Kumar, J) sudip/- U T
