ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 29.06.2006 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Criminal Appeal No. 49 of 2006, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 29.04.2006 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Tr. No. 368 of 2006/G.R. No. 2146 of 2005 arising out of Harnaut P.S. Case No. 215 of 2005 by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 25(1-B)A, and 26(i) of the Arms Act and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years and five years respectively.
Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference with the same. However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.686 of 2006 dt.21-01-2016 already undergone by the Petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands dismissed.
