The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased who was married to his son two years ago. He is in custody since 18.6.2014.

Submission is that on perusal of the F.I.R. no specific allegation appears against the petitioner. However, the husband of the deceased is in prison and further submission was that the petitioner is suffering from many ailments.

Considering the age of the petitioner and the general nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner be released on
