2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 363A, 364, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 (G.R. No. 342 of 2015).

3. The petitioner has been falsely implicated and no overt act has been attributed to the petitioner and the thrust of accusation is against the co-accused Maya Devi and Ambika Chouhan. Similarly situated co-accused Bade Lal Chauhan has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34665 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33955 of 2016 (6) dt.06-02-2017 to the petitioner by order of this Court dated 01.09.2016 in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 (G.R. No. 342 of 2015) pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,, Gopalganj is hereby confirmed.
