This petition was filed in the year 2007 but up till now no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. The petitioner is an Association registered under the Societies Registration Act bearing Registration No.784. The grievance of the petitioner is that the demand of recognition/ permission in respect of secondary schools is pending since long but the concerned officials are not taking any interest to meet the demand/ recognition to the eligible secondary schools. Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, this petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the respondent no. 4/ concerned respondents within four weeks by
Patna High Court CWJC No.12004 of 2007 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 filing detailed representation and if, petitioner does so, the respondent no. 4/ concerned respondents shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned order within three months from the date of filing of representation petition.
