JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioner is that he abetted the other prisoners, not to obey the direction of officers and also abused the officers.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but it appears that in almost all the cases, petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
