It has been submitted that in the cause title of the order dated 31-10-2018, the name of father of petitioner Nos. 2, 3 & 4 has wrongly been mentioned as "Late Shobha Nand Jha" in place of "Durga Nand Jha".

Accordingly, the order dated 31-10-2018 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order, the name of father of petitioner Nos. 2, 3 & 4 be read as "Durga Nand Jha" in place of "Late Shobha Nand Jha".

The time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is further extended for two weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65450 of 2018(3) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 of the order.

All other terms and conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 31-10-2018.
